The Swanton Chamber of Commerce is a volunteer non-profit organization comprised of private individuals and businesses with a focus on community development, building relationships and supporting area businesses and the preservation of the Vermont quality of life.

- Annual Car Show
- Sponsor and promote the Annual Citizen or Business of the Year Recognition
- Donate to support the local high school Substance Free Party
- Support local area Cub Scouts
- Sponsor the Citizens Band and Concert in the Park Events
- Provide care for the Swanton Royal Swans
